School Time Legal

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of School Time, including our website, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
School Time is a study planning and scheduling application designed to help students organize tasks around real-life commitments.
Features may include task creation, calendar visibility, AI-assisted task structuring, progress tracking, and other productivity tools.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Some features use artificial intelligence to convert natural language into structured tasks.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before relying on it.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.
If you choose to connect your Google account, we may access your Google Calendar data in read-only mode to display scheduling context.
We do not modify or delete your calendar events without your explicit permission.
Your use of Google services is subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.
School Time offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as presented at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the platform’s operation, reverse engineering protected functionality, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
You are solely responsible for your content and how you use the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, which may include authentication providers, calendar services, payment processors, SMS providers, or AI providers.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, branding, design, and content provided by us, is owned by Builduct, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal educational use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
School Time provides productivity tools only and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or academic accreditation advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Builduct, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
